With the planted.schnitzel, the traditional Viennese restaurant Figlmüller dedicates itself to new guests. Since a few days the planted.schnitzel is on the menu and the reactions are super! But why do we need this meatless mouthfeel and look? According to our co-founder Pascal, it's about the cultural aspect. Most people have grown up with meat and it tastes good in itself. The positive aspects of meat can thus be imitated through our planted.schnitzel.
