The Swiss FoodTech start-up Planted is once again setting standards on the protein shelf and is revolutionizing the plant-based food market with its latest innovation: the planted.chicken Fillet, a breakthrough plant-based chicken breast chicken breast filletFilet, a breakthrough plant-based chicken breast fillet that rivals its animal equivalent in both protein content and taste. With 77 percent fewer greenhouse gas emissions and 85 percent less water consumption, the footprint is considerably smaller. After a long development and subsequent refinement by Michelin-starred chef Tim Raue, the planted.chicken fillet is now widely available in the singleel in Switzerland exclusively at Coopand in Germany at REWE Nord as well as at gastronomy partners - In Germany are darong them are the Cafe Ursprung (Dussmann) in Berlin, the Hobenköök in Hamburg or the purely vegan Ahead Castle Hotel.
